    Opening Statements

Tactics and such before the battle begins

My Gondor company hasn't ever lost a battle, and they dont intend to start now.- Stuntman

"Now for wrath, now for ruin and now for the white tree".

Charge with my Knights and wipe them out quickly and effiently. === This battle company have never won a thing, but this time things will be different! - The Black Prince===

"Like a storm they broke upon the men of gondor"

Im going to be reckless as always and go exactly where my opponent is, its never worked but it'll have to someday, so why not today??

    The Game

Its here, the actual game. Beautifully finished and amazing.

    Turn 1

    Priority

Priority, in the first turn, goes to Good as usual.

    Move

I managed to get the majority of my force on in the 1st round, all except 3-Stuntman I threw

    Shoot

This will forever be a rememberable phase. leaders Archers fired at the Warg Riders, one by one hitting and killing 4 wargs and two riders. Luck was not on the side of Mordor unfortunatelty, for even though they had a lot of high rolls, they needed 5 to hit and 6 to wound, which ment at the end of this phase all they had done was waste arrows.

    Fight

There was no Fight phase this turn.

    Turn 2

    Priority

    Priority went to Evil.

    Move

Leader stays put, while Brainz advanced his warg group another 5".

    Shoot

A dissapointing turn. It was only now that leader realised the witch king was on the move also, and he started aiming for him. But, unfortunately, no shots wounded. The same happened with brainz's Warg Riders.

    Fight

There was no Fight phase this turn.

    Turn 3

    Priority

    Evil again.

    Move

Now, Cap'n had reached Neix J's forces and moved as many Riders into combat as possible. Neix J then respondedby bringing his heroes out, and messing up Cap'n's perfectly planned combats.

    Shoot

Rohan fortunately had 9 Riders not engaged in combat, and used all of these to fire at Capn's 3 Riders who werent engaged in combat. Rohan killed one Rider in this phase, while Capn continued his bad luck at shooting, not even hitting a target!

    Fight

In the Fight phase, there was one lone Warg Rider against Eowyn and Theoden, who killed the Warg Rider. Gamling and a Rider of Rohan fought Sharku. This was quite funny. Neix J rolled 4, 4, and, you geussed it, 4! Then Capn rolled a 2 and thought he had lost! But, being the non cheater that Neix J was, he reminded Cap'n that Sharku has two attacks, and Capn rolled a six! Sharku then killed the Rider, but was not able to damage Gamling. In another combat, a Warg Rider killed a Rider of Rohan, and a Rider of Rohan was defeated by a Warg Rider, but not wounded.

    Turn 4

    Priority

    Goes to Evil, AGAIN!

    Move

Cap'n, seeing how he had done well in combat, started moving the rest of his forces to wards Neix J's army as fast as ossible. The combats in this turn were Gamling Vs. One Warg Rider, Eomer Vs. One Warg Rider, Eowyn and a Rider of Rohan Vs. One Warg Rider, and Theoden and One Rider Vs. Sharku.

    Secondary Comments

At this point, Neix J had to go, and Cap'n saved the game to be played at a later date. So, lets have comments from the players on how they think they are going, shall we?

Now is the hour! - NeixJ

Cap'n's forces arrived quicker than I expected, and him seperating his forces into two groups took me completely by suprise. I would have liked to knock a few more Warg Riders out before this time, and he is doing suprisingly well in combat. But in turn 4's Fight phase, all combats have me with either 2 attacks to his 1, or 3 atacks to his 2, which I beleive gives me a good chance. Plus, all the combats have one of my heroes in them, which means I have atleast 2 Might I can use, and I am using might more freely, since I have Gamling Royal Rohan Standard. My only problem is the rest of his forces approaching, but I will fire at them with my un-combat-engaged riders.

Uh... Cap'n, if you could bt a comment here too?

    The Game (Cont)

    We continued that game.

    Turn 4 (Cont)

    Shoot

Cap'n's only Archer missed Eomer, but Neix J's Archers where able to kill of one of his.

    Combat

Oh yeah for Neix J! First, Gamling kills his Warg Rider. Then, Eomer also kills his Warg Rider! Theoden, and the Rider wound Sharku, who rolls 1 when trying fate. Then, Eowny and the Rider beat the Warg Rider, but are not able to wound. At the end of the turn, all that is left of Cap'ns first group is Sharku with one wound and no fate left, and one Warg Rider.

    Turn 5

    Priority

    Finally go's to good!

    Move

Neix J, wiht priority, surrounds Sharku with Gamling, Eowyn, and two Riders, and sends Theoden and Eomer into combat against the lone Warg Rider. Capn's secondary forces arrive, but are half an inch short of being able to help, and must watch to see if the first group will be crushed.

    Shoot

The Rohhirim quickly approach the new threat, and shoot at Cap'n's secondary forces, killing a Warg Rider. Unfortunately, Cap'n's return fire is weak and does no damage.

    Fight

Sharku, in combat, rolls 2 1's! Then, Gamling, Eowyn, and the two Ro R roll 2 1's, 2 2's and a 6! With ten hits towards him, Sharku is unable to survive and falls in to the black abyss of death. Eomer and Theoden are mercyless to the Warg Rider, killing it aswell.

    Break

Yep, its a break all right, while Cap'n is away for ten min. At the moment, Capn has killed two of Neix J's Riders of Rohan. And Neix J has killed Sharku, and 8 Warg Riders. Its looking good for Neix J, but how will he deal with the arrival of Captain of Gondors second wave of troops? Well find out in the next few turns....

    The Game (Cont Again)

    Turn 6

    Priority

    Evil <.<

    Move

Cap'n's Troll and Warg andvance, and at the end in combats there are Gamling vs A Warg, Gothmog Warg Rider Vs A Rider of Rohan, Eowyn & Ro R vs WR, Eomer Vs. WR, Theoden & 2 WR vs Ro R. Meanwhile, six other Ro R move along, but not to much to fire.

    Shoot

Rohan kills the Warg Rider that is with the Troll

    Fight

The Warg beats Gamling, but is unable to wound him. Gothmog kills a Rider of Rohan . Eowyn wins, but doesn't wound the Warg Rider, Eomer kills his Warg Rider, The WR beats the Rider, but doesnt wound, And Theoden uses might wo win and wound against the Warg Rider, killing it.

    Turn 7

    Priority

    Evil

    Move

Six Ro R charge towards the Troll, but are not close enough. The combats end up being Gothmog and a WR vs Gamling, A WR vs a Ro R, Eowyn vs a WR, Eomer Vs a WR, Thoeden and 2 Ro R vs A WR

    Shoot

The Ro R had moved to far to shoot this turn

    Fight

Gothmog uses might to wound Gamling twice, but Gamling uses fate and might and is only wounded once. The WR beats the Ro R, but does not wound. Eowyn uses might to win and kill the WR she is facing. Eomer kills his WR, as do Theoden and the two Ro R aswell.

    Turn 8

    Priority

    To Good, FINALLY!

    Move

The 6 Ro R Lurched on the Mordor troll, surrounding him, and receiving extra attacks. In other combats, Theoden, Eomer and a Ro R vs. Gothmog, Eowyn vs. A WR, amd Gamlong and 2 Ro R vs a WR.

    Shoot

    All models engaged in combat

    Fight

The six Ro R had extra attacks, and wiht their twelve dice bet and killed the Mordor troll, and Neix J succesfully disposed of his second largest threat in one turn. Eomer and Gothmog both used might, but Gothmogs fight one him the combat. Directing his attacks at Theoden, he wounded Theoden, but THeoden using his last Fate sved the wound. Eowyn defeated the WR, but was unable to wound. Gamling killed his WR.

    Turn 9

    Priority

    Evil

    Break

Another break, Capn and I are planning to continue tomorrow night, but well see.. I think this is drawing to an end. At the momment, Capn has Gothmog, 3 wounds, 1 might, 3 will, 3 fate, and one WR with spear, and I have Theoden, 2 wounds, no Might Will or Fate, Gamling, Eowyn, No fate, Eomer, 2 Fate, and 9 Ro R, 3 armed with throwing spears. And at this point, I feel, I must say, "Is this all you can muster Mordor?"

    To Be Continued...

    The Game (Cont)

    Turn 9 (Cont)

    Move

Gothmog is surrounded by Theoden, Gamling, Eowyn, Eomer and 2 Ro R. 5 Ro R surround the remaining Warg Rider.

    Shoot

    None

    Fight

The Warg Rider was slayed against overwhelming odds, and Gothmog started a las stand that wll go down in history by rolling a six, to goods 4. Neix J could have used might, but revenge is a dish best served cold he said, and bided his time. Gothmog was unsuccesful in trying to wound Theoden.

    Turn 10

    Priority

    Evil

    Move

Gothmog is surrounded by same forces

    Shoot

    None

    Fight

Gothmog rolled another six, beating back his attackers, but again Failed to wound Theoden.

    Turn 11

    Priority

    Evil!

    Move

    Same forces surround Gothmog.

    Shoot

    None

    Fight

Gothmog rolls, his best a 5, and with nine attacks, Rohans best is a 3? DAMN! Fortunately, Gothmog is still unable to wound. then gothmog cut of the warrier of rohans dick and eats eat then he has sex with saurn

    Turn 12

    Priority

If you cant geuss that its obviously evil, theres really no point in telling you.

    Move

    Gothmog, surrounded by same forces

    Shoot

    None

    Fight

Gothmog wins again. <.< Im getting annoyed now, especially since he kills a rider and wounds Theoden!

    Turn 13

    Priority

    Good! For once <.<

    Move

One of the Troll Killers replaces his dead comrade.

    Shoot

    None

    Fight

Gothmog is finally brought down. Unfortunately, our of the 18 strikles against him, only one wound is scored. Now, remember when I could have used Eomer and Eowyns might to defeat Gothmog in Turn 9? Well, I knew their was a reason I didnt. I used this to make 4 wounds. Gothmog used his 3 fate points, but only one of his 4 wounds was recovered, and so ended the Last Stand of Gothmog the Great, Lietennant of Morgul.

    Final Comments

What did I tell you? - NeixJ

BOOYAH! Im so happy. But Capn was a great opponnent, and an honest one at that. Im feel good though, Im glad I was able to use my might and fate when I needed them. I had two favourite moments in this game. The second favourite, was Gothmogs Last Stand. I got annoyed after a while, but I knew Capn would have to pull a Miracle out of his ass to beat what was left of me. So, I just bided my time, saving my might till the perfect time... And it payed off. The most favourite, the death of the Troll. I had those Riders just sitting their, and then Trolly turned up and Ambush yeah! He's deadend. But Seriously, Capn was a great opponent, the first who hasnt said halfay through the game, I dont like this anymore... BOOYAH!

    -Neix J

    Oh Well

I gave it my best & that's what counts. Neix J was a great opponent and we had a fantstic battle which I will remember forever. If I could go back in time I probably would've sent my forces in alot quicker and not have chosen wargs with bows as theyc had horrible shoot values. Gothmog's death was not in vain, he gave up one hell of a fight taking on all those Riders of Rohan. My favourite part of the game was the last stnd of Gothmog when he wouldn't give up. Me & Neix J are planning to have a rematch but this time me being good and Neix J being evil & we will have different forces. Anyway's I've hoped you've enjoyed this Battle Report & thankyou to Neix J who gave up a spectacular battle! I think the best man truly won!
